The eLearn Strategy:
In-house training is a must for any company. And in this economy, with decreased travel budgets, shrinking training dollars and overbooked schedules, it's even more important. But it doesn't have to be overwhelming or expensive to create a solid and educational program for your organization!
With eLearn, there's no software to purchase and install, no staff to hire and no set curriculum. The program is completely customizable to meet your ever-changing training needs.
The eLearn comprehensive online safety training library features over 150 mini-courses to choose from, including electrical safety, PPE, hazard communication, safety management and more! Each course can even help earn CEUs to help your employees maintain industry-mandated certifications and new titles are added regularly to ensure that you have the most updated content available.
How it works:
eLearn consists of quick-read mini-courses that include an article and quiz to test the employees knowledge retention. You select the articles from our large selection of "Popular Programs that are the best fit for your organization and we handle the rest. Designated employees will receive an email with the mini-course for that week and the corresponding quiz. They have up to 2 weeks to read the materials and take the quiz. (We'll even send them reminders until they take the quiz!) Upon completion, the employee receives their quiz results and you'll receive a Manager's Report for your records that includes:
A list of employees who took the quiz
The final grade for each employee
Group performance broken down by question
Documented delivery of the training and results
However, sometimes you need a program designed specifically for your organization. So eLearn also offers customized training built from the ground up and completely at your direction. Create your own articles and quizzes using your employee handbook, company policies, technical procedures, etc. Simply provide the material, all the way down to corporate branding and colors and we'll take it from there.

EST pricing is based on the following pricing per employee based on the number of workers enrolled:
15-25 employees at $7.45 per month (2 mini-course sets) for each employee.
26-99 employees at $6.30 per month (2 mini-course sets) for each employee.
100 or more employees at $5.25 per month (2 mini-course sets) for each employee.
500 or more employees at $4.75 per month (2 mini-course sets) for each employee.
Terms:
Minimum order of 6 months (12 mini-course sets), payable quarterly
Custom articles and quizzes provided by client: $150 set up
Custom articles and quizzes created by us: $500 set up
