Before Jamcracker, he was Vice President of Product Strategy at Kana Software, where he defined corporate strategy and built strategic partnerships. Brent joined Kana through its acquisition of Broadbase Software, where he was instrumental in driving the IPO process, successfully acquiring and integrating six companies and growing the company to over $100 million in sales. Earlier, Brent held senior marketing positions at PeopleSoft and Intrepid Systems. Brent holds a B.S. in Supply Chain Management from Syracuse University.

Prior to founding HRworks, Ronn was a principle with one of the East Coast's largest website companies, and spent 17 years in senior positions at Federated Department Stores and Macy's.
Ronn holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology from Bowling Green State University in Ohio, with additional studies at both the University of Houston and the Georgia Institute of Technology.
