Fast Track to Success: Become Indispensable to Your Organization
If any doubt lingered, the recent economic meltdown dispelled it: Having a job today is not a guarantee that you will have one tomorrow. You need to stand out if you want to stick around.
Ready to distinguish yourself as a leader and become a treasured asset? Want to move forward to quickly distinguish yourself as a key contributor to your organization? This program will show you what you must do to rise above other talented people to become a "leader" in your organization-regardless of your job title or position on the organization chart.
The knowledge you will gain here goes beyond anything you can learn anywhere else. You will discover skills that will allow you to enhance your image as an indispensable worker who others see as working for the best interests of customers, colleagues and the organization.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand why certain employees keep their jobs and are considered valuable assets, while people of seemingly equal talent fall victim to downsizing.
- Learn the two key "survival instincts" that lay the groundwork for appearing indispensable.
- Discuss an enhanced set of four specific "survival skills" that you can immediately put to use at work.
- Identify-and enhance-your own unique strengths and skills to position you as a key contributor within you organization.
