Become a Great Place to Work
Today’s economic quandary has created a level of stress in the workplace unmatched in our country’s history. Employees need security through a long-term vision that demonstrates how the company will survive. Leadership needs high productivity and lower expenses in order to maintain a thriving organization. As the pressure increases, layoffs ensue, human beings turn into production units, and leadership becomes more tense sending fearful messages coursing through the company.
In the near future, the economy will emerge from the recession. How will that impact your company? In 2010, the workplace population will tip and millennials will outnumber baby boomers in the workplace. Then in 2011, women will outnumber men in the workplace. How does an HR executive address these issues? Transforming your company into a great place to work through a culture that fosters communication and civility is the best vehicle.
