Ms. Shenold has more than 40 years of experience working in healthcare. She now works at Deaconess Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK. Ms. Shenold speaks nationally on bioterrorism and is the co-author of Infection Control Trainer's Toolkit: Questions, Games, and Other Ideas for IC Awareness and JCAHO Compliance, and Healthcare Mold Management: A Prevention, Assessment, and Remediation Guide.

Renee Patterson,

Ms. Patterson is the infection control manager at Ingham Regional Medical Center in Lansing, MI. She is also co-author of Infection Control Trainer's Toolkit: Questions, Games, and Other Ideas for IC Awareness and JCAHO Compliance.
