Prior to joining Lumenos, Doug was national vice president of marketing for Prudential HealthCare, at the time a managed care company with over 4 million members and $7 billion in revenue. Before joining Prudential HealthCare, Doug headed the national marketing organization for Humana Inc. Doug spent the first 15 years of his career in a variety of brand management assignments in the packaged goods industry with both Procter & Gamble and Hallmark, Inc.

Stacy Ryan, Benefits Manager at Banta Corporation, recently led the corporation's employees through a major change in health benefits with the offering of a consumer-driven healthcare plan. With a goal of 30 percent conversion to the new plan, Ryan and her team set out to build awareness and educate employees on the consumer-driven healthcare option. At the end of open enrollment, senior management and the benefits team were thrilled to have realized an over 60 percent conversion rate to the new option.

Ryan joined Banta Corporation in 1999 and became Benefits Manager in 2002. She is responsible for administration of company-wide health and welfare benefit programs. She is a serious athlete who regularly trains for and competes in triathlons. As anyone in the field knows, endurance and stamina is a definite asset in the world of benefits administration.
